Baking soda - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1.5 tbsp
Carom seeds ( Ajwain )- 1 tbsp
Peas - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1 (grated)
Carrot - 1 ( grated )
Onion - 1/2( diced )
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 3-4
