Handmade Noodles Recipe: Add 2 cups Maida (all-purpose flour) Add 2 eggs (substitute 1 tbsp oil, salt and warm water) Make soft and nice dough Knead well Cover and Wrap for ½ an hour After ½ an hour Roll it (make a big roti) Fold it Cut into a small pieces Now gently separate the pieces Boil the water in a sauce pan Add salt and oil into a boil water Add noodles into a boil water Cook for 4-5 minutes After 5 minutes it is ready Wash with cold water Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok Add finely chopped ginger and garlic Add 1 small sized onion sliced Green chilies sliced Add green and red bell peppers sliced (optional) Add shredded cabbage Add salt as per the taste 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chili sauce or tomato ketchup Add handmade Noodles (boiled) Add chopped spring onion Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
