We all are well aware with the benefits of oats for our overall health. It could be a great part of your breakfast, lunch, teatime and dinner. One ingredient and work well for all meals. So, we are making Masala Oats today. Trust me it is really easy and healthy recipe to cook at home. You dont need to buy those artificial preservatives loaded packed instant oats. You can make many version of oats at home only. I will he bringing more oats recipes very soon. Ingredients Oats- 1 bowl Onion- 1chopped Tomato- 1 chopped Cauliflower- 1cup chopped Carrots- 1cup chopped Bell pepper- 1 Cup chopped Curry leaves- 5-6 Ginger-garlic- 1tbs Mustard seeds- 1tbs Jeera- 1/2 tbs Asafetida/ hing- 1/2tbs Salt- according to the taste Pepper- 1tbs Dhaniya powder- 1tbs Turmeric- 1tbs oil - 3-4tbs Water- 2and 1/2 glasses In a pan add oil and let it heat then add mustard seed, hing, jeera and let it splutter. Now add onion, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste and sautee it. Once it turns golden browns add turmeric, dhaniya powder, pepper and roast till it turn aromatic. Now add Tomato and salt and sautee it. Add all the vegetables and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add Oats, mix it with all the masala and ingredients and roast it for 1-2 minutes. Add water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve it how with lemonade. So, guys thank you so much the love and support.
