Sugar glass is so easy and so fun!
In a saucepan add:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
And food color or flavor extract you want.
Bring to a boil while gently stirring occasionally, then put a candy thermometer in the pot and boil undisturbed until it reaches hard crack (290F).
Pour on a sheet lined with a silicone mat and let cool for at least an hour before smashing into pieces!
