It just takes a bit of patience. And the end result is worth all the effort. I happily stir away in the kitchen every time I make this specific one. It has a whole kilo of mushroom, spring onion, a ton of parmesan, butter, and freshly cracked black pepper. You'll think you've died and gone to heaven.
