Ingredients : Chickpeas ( chole / kabuli chana ) - 2 cup ( soak it in normal water for 7-8 hours or overnight ) Garam masala - 1/2 spoon Chola masala - 1/2 spoon Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon Coriander powder - 2 spoon Kasoori methi roasted - 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder - 1 spoon Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon Salt - as per your taste Khada masala :- Cloves - 3 to 4 pcs. Bayleaf - 4 leaves Black cardomam - 1 pc. Cardomam - 3 pcs. Garam masala - 1 spoon Cinnamon - 3 sticks short Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon For Gravy :- 3 Fresh tomatoes - Pureed 3 Onion - Pureed 1 inch Ginger - Grated 13 pcs. Garlic cloves - Grated For Tadka :- 3 spoon desi ghee Pinch of hing 1 inch shredded ginger Half cutted green chilies 3-4 pcs.
