    @navayu4 years ago The problem with the current HOLISTIC NUTRITIONISTS is they do a nutrition certification from abroad and adapt the international recipes and show to their home country people saying it is as a right nutrition foods🤦‍♀️.. i don't why they cant show local vegetables in their recipes and encourage people to eat local grown too.... Zucchini is a summer grown vegetable in USA and other European countries.. why can't we use Ridge Gourd (beerakaya) instead of Zucchini.. Ridge gourd is also a cousin vegetable to Zucchini.. it will be easy for the locals to get a Ridge gourd rather than fancy Zucchini....if your audience is telugu and Indian people its better ingredients should be available in every nook of the country.🙏 ... 32

    Question ? .... Is besan that you get at Indian grocery stores same as chickpea flour?

    @vishdipty5 years ago yum yum.....i will try this...i make vegan omelette using almond flour 1/4 cup,3/4 cup any plant based milk ,some tofu with some spices...blend them together and finally add 1/2 teaspoon of physillum husk powder and pour the batter on the pan and add cabbage greens and gently we have to keep mixing...it looks just like an omelette....but i will try this one too...thank you for sharing ... 1

    Slurry n had watery consistency. Can you please once again provide the besan n water proportions
