Here’s what you do: Boil 250 ml of water, turn off the heat and add half a spoonful of chamomile flowers. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then strain and drink it. Repeat this process every night for two weeks. Mint tea Mint tea is one of my favorite teas and it’s great for our digestion. If you also like mint, then do the following: Boil 250 ml of water and add 2 tablespoons of mint leaves. Let it sit for 10 minutes, strain and drink it a half an hour before going to sleep. Do this every night for three weeks. Ginger and lemon tea These two ingredients, when combined, are amazing at eliminating fat and improving our overall health. Ginger and lemon are both rich in vitamin C and have antioxidant properties, which prevent diseases and optimize our metabolism. Here’s what you’ll need: 1 - 5cm long - piece of ginger; 1 lemon; 250ml of water. Boil the water and add the ginger and lemon juice. Let it steep for 10 minutes before drinking. Drink this mixture at least three times a week for 30 days. Ginger should be avoided by people who suffer from hypertension.
