Ingredients :
17-20 no - Palak Leaves Chopped
4-5 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
3 nos - Green Chilli Chopped
1 inch - Ginger Chopped
1/4 Cup - Water
Grind and Make a Paste
1+1/2 Cup - Moong Sprouts
Grind Again
1/3 Cup - Green Garlic Chopped (Keep 2 tbsp aside )
again Grind Fine Paste
Remove in Bowl then add
3 tbsp - Gram Flour (Besan)
Remaining Chopped Green Garlic
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Pinch - Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
Mix Properly and add
3 tbsp - Water
Mix it Properly
Heat a Tawa and Make Chilla Using Oil
Roast both the Side and Serve
