ARBI or Colocasia leaves rolls Also known as patyud/Gundul in uttarakhand, patra in Gujarat, Alu vadi in Maharashtra, and patrode/patode in many regions of india. A smooth chickpea flour paste mixed with many other spices is applied on the colocasia leaves kept one over the other. These leaves are then tightly rolled and steamed.
