Kuttikkanam in idukki is a lesser known tourism destination in Kerala. I was in Kuttikkanam with my daughter to explore Panchalimedu and Madhammakkulam. In Kuttikkanam we bought Carp Fish and grilled it as a whole. We will soon publish an article about Kuttikkanam and its attractions in foodntravel.in. Kuttikkanam has some of the most interesting places to visit in Idukki itself. I consider Kuttikkanam as one of the best alternative for Munnar and Thekkady. On the way to Thekkady, Kuttikkanam has Panchali Medu, Valanjanganam Waterfalls and Ammachi Kottaram. On the way to Kattappana Kuttikkanam has Madhammakkulam and some of the spectacular tea estates. We visited Madhammakkulam and Panchali Medu. We then purchased carp from a friend's (Jacob, professor in Marian College) neighborhood and grilled it whole. Music 1. Running_Waters_Full_Band 2.
