Egg bajji with tomato chutney Ingredients for egg bajji: Egg - 3 Maida (all purpose flour) -2 table spoon Rice flour - 1 table spoon Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 table spoon Turmeric number - 1 pinch Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon Garam masala - 1 pinch Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch Salt - as required 1. Mix all the ingredients in normal water. 2. Deep fry using coconut/sun flower oil. Ingredients for chutney: Tomato - 1 Small onion - 3 Garlic - 3 Red chilli - 3 Lemon juice - half 1. Grind the ingredients together. 2. Saute in oil until a thick paste. Serve with hot Sulaimani 😍😍
