Edit: so I’ve noticed people saying that this is a stolen comment and stuff but no it’s actually real. I made a friend while playing black ops back in 2012-2013, we used to play every single day and we had so much fun. It was late at night and my friend told me that she was going to sleep, so she logged off and I did too. The next day she wasn’t online so I thought she was busy, but a week later I found it weird because we used to play every day. I kept waiting and waiting until I think 2016 when I stopped checking if she was online but she wasn’t for 3 years. So I gave up on waiting and forgot about it later. I really hope she’s okay! I cannot speak English very well so excuse me if I made a mistake. ... 2673
Warum?
Schon seid Ewigkeiten konnte ich nur mit Musik im Hintergrund einschlafen, weil ich sonst nicht einschlafen konnte. Manchmal war es schlimmer, manchmal weniger.
Und gerade beim Hören ist mir bewusst geworden, warum: Wenn ich keine Musik höre, schweifen meine Gedanken immer zu soviele Themen: Schule, Zukunft, Freunde, meine Verletzlichkeit, meine Familie, meine Fehler und Frage mich, was mit mir falsch ist.
Mit Musik konnte ich von diesen Gedanken abends weg und ich konnte einschlafen. Gerade in diesem Moment bin ich der Musik so unendlich dankbar und ich wüsste echt nicht, wo ich ohne sie jetzt sein würde. Sie hat mich gerettet. Gerettet vor meinen Gedanken und meinen Selbstzweifeln am Abend.
Im Moment brauche ich keine Musik, meistens kann ich meine Gedanken kontrollieren und an andere Sachen denken /sie anders in meinem Kopf verarbeiten.
An dich: Wenn du gerade so ähnliche Schwierigkeiten hast, Versuch es Mal. Ich weiß nicht, ob es auch bei dir klappt, aber das findest du nicht heraus, wenn du es nicht versuchst.
Auch, wenn es jetzt unmöglich erscheint, wirst und kannst du Leben. Ja genau. Leben. Wenn du noch ein Teenager bist, dann hast du noch dein ganzes Leben vor dir und so viele Möglichkeiten. Du kannst reisen, dich selbst finden und deine Vergangenheit hinter dir lassen.
Falls du schon erwachsen bist und unzufrieden bist, scheiß Mal auf deine Pflichten und mach das, was dich wieder aufleben lässt. Was dich ausmacht. Und wenn du diese Sache noch nicht gefunden hast, dann finde sie. Im Alltag findest du sie nicht.
