⚖️ FORCE is the language of cells. . . Cells respond to force, that means pressure, vibration, tension, compression, movement, lack of movement, and other sources of force. This means that our DNA expression literally is changed by things like exercise, movement, and yoga! Perhaps more importantly it's negatively affected by LACK of these things and sedentary lifestyle. . . In response to force, nearly every cell in our bodies changes. Force alters DNA expression. Force stimulates adaptation, growth, and development. Force tells your nerves what's going on in your body. Force is a FUNDAMENTAL and universal language of cells. . . ❓WHAT ABOUT NERVES? AREN'T THEY FUNDAMENTAL? . ▶️ Yep, they sure are! However, think about how your nerves actually know what's going on in the body. We can feel things only because we have "mechanoreceptors". They respond to mechanical input - i.e. FORCE. Without force acting on the receptors, we wouldn't be able to feel anything! . . ❓WHAT ABOUT CHEMICAL SIGNALING? ISN'T THAT FUNDAMENTAL? . ▶️ Absolutely. This is a toss up. Honestly I'm sure that if we were in person we could have a lively debate about which is more fundamental, force or chemical signaling. Either one could easily be argued as the "correct" answer to the question in my previous post. Therefore I don't think there is a 100% "correct" answer, but I would argue in favor of FORCE being even more fundamental than hormones. . ▶️▶️ It all starts with embryology. No doubt, there is a TON of chemical signaling involved in the growth and development of an embryo. However, as the single cell divides over and over again, making exact copies of itself, there soon comes a point where the copies are NOT exact. There starts to be a delineation of one layer of cells from another. The "germ layers" become distinct. HOW? Instagram doesn't give me enough room to explain, so I'll just say: FORCE. .
