Hello friends and family!Today we are making Crispy Kachories.Hope you like it.Don't forget to like share and subscribe. Ingredients: (Stuffing) Beef(minced) 350 gm Salt 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp Cumin(roasted & grined) 1 tbsp Corriander(roasted & grined) 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Green chillies(chopped) 2 tsp Fresh corriander(chopped) 2 tbsp Onions(chopped) 2 tbsp Boil the beef in 2 cups of water and add salt , ginger garlic paste , red chilli flakes , roasted and grined cumin and corriander.Cook it until water evaporates.Let it cool down completly.Then add lemon juice ,onions , fresh corriander and green chillies. Ingredients: (Dough) Flour 1/2 kg Salt 1/2 tsp Ghee 1 tbsp Water 2 cups In a bow mix together flour , salt and ghee.Gradually add water.Apply 1/4 tsp of ghee on hands in between.Make a hard dough.Knead it for 8-10 mins and let it rest for 30 mins. Then divide the dough into two equal parts.Roll one part.Cut it into eual parts.Apply a little ghee on surface and spread the dough.Apply 2 tsp of ghee on top and roll it.Twist and press.Again rest for 30 mins. Spread the dough.Place the twisted side backwards and put 2-3 tbsp of prepared beef.Close it from sides.Makes 7-9 and can be freezed upto 2 weeks.Press the edges slightly and fry at low flame.Change sides after 3-4 mins.Take them out when golden brown. Serve and enjoy☺
